Affiliate

For people who use InvestCRM or know someone who needs it.

Any InvestCRM account can refer clients, no approval needed.
You get a referral link and a coupon with your code.
On annual plans, it is 50% of 1/12 of the amount paid (one month’s worth).
It goes into the statement for the month the client paid.

Partner Agency

For agencies and consultancies with a Brazilian CNPJ that serve clients.

20% to 50%of what the client pays, every month, while they stay active and paying

Sign-up with a CNPJ and approval by our team.
Your rate goes up with the number of active, paying clients in the month.
Annual plans: commission on the amount received, in the statement for the month the client paid.
You join the client’s account as an Administrator, with no access to billing.

Apply to partner
Affiliate: in the app, Partners menu, right away. Agency: through the form on this page or in the app, with a CNPJ. Our team reviews it and replies.

Share your link or coupon
Anyone who clicks your link is tied to you for 90 days. If they enter your coupon when subscribing, the coupon counts.

The client subscribes and pays
Commission starts when the monthly or annual payment is confirmed. The Free plan does not earn commission.

You get paid via PIX
The month closes on the last business day and the PIX arrives on the 5th business day of the next month. It all shows up in the app statement.

Program rules

Clear rules, exactly as they appear on your statement.

Only active, paying clients countCommission comes from confirmed payments. A client on the Free plan, with no payment that month or cancelled earns nothing.
The base is what the client paidThe amount received for the InvestCRM monthly or annual subscription, after coupons or discounts. Nothing on what the client pays Meta or on onboarding fees.
Closing and payoutThe month closes on the last business day. The PIX arrives on the 5th business day of the next month, to the key saved in the app.
Refunds are deductedIf a payment that earned commission is refunded or disputed (chargeback), the amount comes off your next statement.
90-day link; coupons beat linksA click on your link counts for 90 days. If the client uses a partner’s coupon, the coupon counts.
No self-referralsReferring your own company does not count: same CPF or CNPJ, same e-mail or the same account.
Payout detailsName, CPF or CNPJ (agencies: CNPJ), PIX key, e-mail and WhatsApp. Only what is needed, under Brazil’s LGPD.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be a customer to partner?

To be an Affiliate, you just need an InvestCRM account, even on the Free plan: your link and coupon are in the Partners menu. To be a Partner Agency, apply through the form or in the app with a CNPJ and wait for approval.

Can I apply as an Affiliate here?

Yes: choose "Affiliate" in the form and enter a CPF or CNPJ. Once approved, sign in to InvestCRM with the same e-mail and open the Partners menu.

When do I get paid?

The month closes on the last business day and the PIX arrives on the 5th business day of the next month. A client who paid in March goes into the March closing, and the PIX goes out on the 5th business day of April.

What if the client stops paying?

Partner Agency commission follows the payments: no payment that month, no commission that month. The Affiliate commission is a single one, on the first paid month.

How is a client tied to me?

Through your link (a click counts for 90 days) or your coupon, entered when subscribing. Coupons beat links.

Does the referred client get a discount?

It depends on the current campaign: when the partner coupon carries a discount, it shows up at checkout.

Do I need a CNPJ?

For a Partner Agency, yes, and we verify it. For Affiliates, a CPF or CNPJ works.
