Utility and authentication get cheaper by volume tier: above 250,000 utility messages (or 500,000 authentication) in a month, the next messages cost less. The estimate above already applies the tiers.

What Meta does not charge
- Messages your customers send you.
- The first 1,000 support replies from each number, every month.
- Everything you send within 7 days after replying to someone who came from a click-to-WhatsApp ad (Meta's free entry point window).
Where you pay
Meta bills the payment method on your Meta business account directly. Accounts billed in US dollars follow Meta's USD rate card. InvestCRM does not resell messages.
