Four plans priced in Brazilian reais: Grátis (free), Start, Business and Enterprise. Paying yearly takes 35% off. Meta’s messages are paid separately, straight to Meta, with no markup.

Outside the plan
What is paid separately
Besides the plan, two things are paid straight to other companies, not through us:
- Meta’s messages. Meta charges per delivered message, priced by category and country, on your card. InvestCRM adds no markup. See how much the official API costs, with the table in reais or work it out in the cost calculator.
- AI usage. On paid plans, the AI costs nothing extra on InvestCRM. Usage is billed by OpenAI or Anthropic, on the key you add, with the daily call limit you choose.
Questions
Questions about pricing and payment
Does the Grátis plan expire?
No. It has no time limit and needs no card. It is there to try the system, with up to 100 contacts and the inbox on your official number. Broadcasts, automations and the AI answering your customers start on the Start plan.
How does yearly billing work?
It is 12 months with 35% off, billed at once. On Start, for example, R$ 1,146.60 a year, the same as R$ 95.55 a month.
How do I pay for the subscription?
By automatic card payment or by boleto/Pix, through Asaas. The card is added on Asaas’s secure page, and the system warns you if it is declined.
What if a payment is late?
There is a 3-day grace period, with an email warning. After that, sending messages is paused until the payment comes in; then it resumes on its own.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, on the Subscription screen. The paid plan lasts until the end of the period already paid, and then the account moves to the Grátis plan.
How many WhatsApp numbers fit in one account?
1 number per account, on every plan. It can live only on the official API or also stay on the WhatsApp Business phone app, through the Coexistence API (how Coexistence works).
Can agencies resell InvestCRM?
Yes. Agencies and professionals refer or resell InvestCRM and earn a commission. The rules are on the partners page.
