The official API is Meta's approved way to message people at scale, but Meta tracks how people react. Blocks and reports lower your number quality and can lead to restrictions. These eight habits help you avoid that.
1. Only people who asked
Only send to people who gave permission (opt-in), and keep track of where it came from: a form, a chat or a purchase. In InvestCRM, a broadcast only goes out after you confirm your audience opted in, and anyone who opted out is always left out.
2. Start with your warmest contacts
People who talked to you recently recognize your name and reply more. Leave older contacts for later, with a reconnect message.
3. One message per group
Split by interest, pipeline stage or last purchase. A message that makes sense to the person gets blocked less. In InvestCRM, mark this with tags or contact fields and filter by tag or segment.
4. The right category
An offer is marketing. An order, appointment or payment update is utility, and cannot carry an offer. If the category does not match the text, Meta may reclassify the template.
5. Timing and pace
Respect your audience's hours and do not send everything at once. In InvestCRM you schedule the day and time and choose the pace (1 to 600 messages per minute); on the Business and Enterprise plans you can also split the audience into batches, one per day.
6. Make leaving easy
A "Stop promotions" button connected to the Opt-out step of the flow, plus the keywords STOP, SAIR and PARAR (InvestCRM also accepts CANCELAR and DESCADASTRAR), remove people who no longer want messages. Better to lose a contact than to get a report.
7. Answer the people who answer
A good broadcast starts conversations. Have someone, or the AI, ready to reply right away: a fast answer catches the interest of the moment.
8. Watch the numbers and adjust
Track deliveries, reads, clicks and the quality rating of your number. If reads drop or the rating gets worse, stop and review the audience and the message before the next send.
